So Rhett and I saw the President again...We are starting to feel like Forrest Gump- just kidding. George Bush came to Midland today after the inauguration for a welcome home party. Apparently 8 years ago before going to Washington, Midland had a send off party for him and Laura. So it was only appropriate that they come back here when it was over. There were about 30,000 people in Midland's downtown park to see him. We ended up only a few people back from the front. We are starting to get to be old friends...
