So this is a little late...but here goes. Riley had a lot of fun at Christmas. She would open a gift and then want to play with that specific gift. She didn't care what else might be left. She has so many baby dolls and baby strollers and all of their stuff. She also got Legos which she mostly turns the bag upside so they all come out and then walks off and leaves them. Clothes, shoes, books, all kinds of stuff.
Then we all have been sick. First we all had the stomach bug which lagged on for a week or so and then Riley had bronchitis. We are still working on kicking that. Finally I think we are getting well.
Meanwhile, Rhett and I went to the Cotton Bowl. The less said about that the better. Apparently the team didn't care to show up. But we had a lot of fun seeing lots of Tech friends that we don't see very often. On our way home, we took Riley to the Ft Worth zoo. She liked all the animals. And the best part was riding the choo-choo.
We went to the duck pond this past weekend. Riley liked seeing the quack-quacks. For some reason everything is named for the sound it makes..?
